Customer service is available to answer all your questions Sunday through Friday- 8:00 am- 6:00 pm. If you reach us after business hours please leave a message and someone will call you back the following business day.
Payment Options
Payments can be made via Paypal. Paypal can accept most credit cards and debit cards. You can pay by check, but please be advised that your order will not be processed until your check has cleared. We can accept payments in installments, but we do require a 50% deposit before processing any orders.
Delivery Time
As a manufacturer and wholesale distributer, most of our items are not in stock at any given time. We carry a selection of our products for sample and trial orders, but orders will have a processing time of 4-6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when making an order. Once we have received the goods in our warehouse, it will be shipped within 24 hours to your location.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are custom and special order only there is absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE. Damaged items will be refunded or replaced upon inspection. Please ask to see a sample, or make a sample order before ordering so you can see the quality, sizing, and colours.
Shipping
Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping rates must be calculated on an individual basis, so please contact us for a quote. Our couriers of choice are UPS and DHL, but the buyer can make any arrangement he/she wants. Local pickups are encouraged. Once the goods have been sent, Curtain Call will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this is a concern please purchase insurance. We are not responsible for any custom or duty charges you may face if you are an international customer.
